Our approach to business is best described by the following five principles:

1. We do everything to make our co-operation with our clients not only beneficial, but also pleasing to both parties. We view the results of our work as completely successful only if the client becomes one of our cordial friends.
2. We carefully select our clients. We refused to make contracts with about one third of those clients who where willing to start working with us, only because their expectations about the future work were overly skeptical. Our experience shows that success comes only to those who believe in it.
3. For our clients, we always do more than is on the contract. Any contract is not perfect. In case that we bump into problems not covered in the contract, while the project is on the way, we simply work them out.
4. From the very beginning of every project, we state completely clear and well-substantiated financial conditions of our work. We do not fall into useless bargaining, we save the time of our partners and our own.
5. We take the job only when we are completely confident in our ability to complete it. If we know someone who can do the job better, we always give references of that company and provide you with full contact information.
