  1. How long ago was your company established?

    Our company was founded on October 21, 2003.

  2. How many employees does your company have?

    We employ 15 professionals on a full-time basis. Besides those, we frequently outsource freelance experts on a per-project basis, as a need for additional brain-force appears.

  3. What kind of clients do you have? Give an example of your successfully completed projects.

    Among our clients, we have such companies as AFK Sistema, Rolsen, Arconada, BeeLine, VITEK. All of those are major Russian businesses. Our most widely known project is the creation and development of a franchising network of consumer electronics and home appliance retail outlets: "Linia Toka" ("Power Line").

  4. Do you work with clients in non-central regions of Russia?

    MOST Marketing does have activities in non-central regions of Russia: from Kaliningrad in the West to Vladivostok in the Far East, serving both multi-regional clients based in Moscow and region-based clients. Such projects include not only telecommuting from the Moscow office of the firm, but also business trips to regions, conduct of local conferences, seminars, and other meetings.

  5. Do you offer any services that are unique for Russia?

    Yes, we do. These are goods-range policy optimization, development of franchising, sales channel management, competition research. The value of the services we offer is in our unique methods that were tested in successfully completed real-world projects.

  6. How much do your services cost? What does the price consist of?

    Please contact us to get a clue of an estimate price of a service. In fact, the price of each project is estimated individually, based on the content of the work, cost of required resources, and the expected economic effect of the improvements.

  7. When am I going to notice the effect of your services?

    This depends on the service rendered and the specifics of your company. Our experts will estimate the figures of the expected economic effect of the service, and also the time needed to notice the effect, at your request and at no charge for you.

  8. You offer services in the field of marketing (sales, development, etc.) But my company already has a marketing division (sales department, development division, etc.), what's the point for us to outsource these functions?

    Our services will help you in one or all of the three following cases:

    1. when you want to get a well-qualified external evaluation of your management decisions (your chosen strategy, business processes, etc.);
    2. when you want to outsource the functions that are unrelated to your company's core competences (for example, competition research, marketing research, development of presentations);
    3. when you company lacks the human resources (or lacks the quality of available human resources) for a quick launch of a new project.
  9. You're telling others how to do business, have you ever done real business yourselves?

    One third of all our experts are co-owners of different kinds of businesses: this lets them talk the same language as most out clients talk. Besides that, our company is a shareholder in a number of commercial companies operating in the consumer electronics and advertising equipment markets.

  10. My company has no problems, why do I need you?

  11. I'm concerned about giving you access to confidential data. What's is the guarantee that my secrets will be safe?

    We absolutely guarantee the security of all the confidential data released to us. To prove this, we:

    1. Sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), in which we fully take the responsibility for possible leak of confidential information obtained from our clients;
    2. In some cases, we let our clients impose a STOP-list on us. This list contains the client's direct competitors, with whom we will not have any business before a certain imposed term elapses.

    The strongest guarantee of your information security is the reputation of our company and references of other clients about our performance. You can obtain those references upon request.

  12. How does it work? I've sent a request, what's next?

    Within 3 business days, a development manager of our company will contact you. He/she will fully interview you in order to formulate the need that you have. After that, we will make up a presentation of our approach to solving the formulated tasks, including a time & cost plan. If you agree with the proposed approach, we sign a set of contract documents and within 3-5 days start doing the actual job.
